| Skills |
The table shows your current level. The level is based on your gathered experience and increases with the more experience (e.g. in battles) you gain.
Force indicates the degree of force you are able to use in a battle. The higher your value of force is, the better your chances are of scoring a severe hit on your enemy.
Defence reflects your ability to defend yourself and your ability to avoid attacks made by your enemies.
Dexterity describes your ability to hurt your enemy during battle. The higher the value, the more likely your are not to miss your enemy.
Your level of endurance affects the recovery of your life points and helps you to limit the damage you might suffer. The higher the level, the faster you recover. The rate of recovery per hour corresponds to your endurance points times 1,5.
Your degree of charisma determines your ability to find an enemy during a race hunt. The higher your charisma is, the better your chances are of finding your enemies, even if they have a good and upgraded hideout. During the battle, your charisma helps you to score a double hit. When you hunt humans, a high level of charisma helps you to find more booty.
The experience you gain during the game effects your level. The overview indicates how many experience points you need to reach the next level. There are different ways to gain experience points:
human hunting, cemetery work, quests or daemon hunting.
The experience points you need to reach the next level are based on the principle: 10*level-5.
Health indicates how fit your character currently is. Don`t worry, your character will not die however low your health points are. But you cannot go hunting if you have less than 25 points. Once your health points have dropped, they will start to increase automatically again during the course of time. With every level increase, your health points also increase.
You can improve the five basic skills (force, defence, dexterity, endurance and charisma) through training. If you want to train your skills, you need to pay with gold which you have to loot first. The higher the level of the training is, the more gold you have to pay. |

| Statistics |
| This table lists all the relevant statistics on your character: fights, gold captured and your entire amount of booty. The complete amount of booty determines your reputation in the game. The higher your amount of booty, the higher your reputation is. If you visit a forger in order to change your name, your reputation may be reduced. Your entire amount of booty also affects the strength of the demons you fight in the grotto. |

| The clan |
A clan is a group of different players of the same race. Their aim is to become the strongest clan and to fight their way to the top together. Clan members help each other and fight against their enemies together.
It is up to you to join an existing clan, to start a new clan or to struggle along in the game by yourself (there is no clan obligation). |

|
| Clan building and members |
The maximum number of clan members depends on the level of the clan building.
For each upgrade of the clan building, 3 new members can join the clan. The maximum number of upgrades is 16. Upgrading the clan building costs gold. Therefore, clan members can donate gold to the clan account. The account`s content can only be used for upgrading the clan building and for clan rituals.
The founder and the administrators have several tools at their disposal to administer the members. |

|
| Clan fights |
A clan can declare war on another clan, provided their clan buildings have the same level.
If a clan declares war on a clan of the same race, the opposing clan needs to approve the war. Wars against the other race can begin immediately.
When the declaration of war has been approved, the war starts 8 hours later. During the preparation time the clan members of each clan can agree to take part in the war. If a declaration of war is withdrawn 1 hour or less before the war starts, the commander loses 5% of the entire amount of booty (the commander has the forward position on the battlefield).
1 hour before the war starts, all clan members who are going to take part in the war gather together. From that moment on, members cannot carry out any other activities.
Clans that are being attacked can bring forward the time until a war starts by a maximum of 1 hour. The clan leaders can position any clan member who agrees to take part in the war in the appropriate battle formation. The choice of the battle formation can be a decisive factor in determining the war`s outcome.
There is a maximum of 28 rounds during a battle. If both commanders survive, the clan who has achieved the most hit points wins.
Every member of the winning clan gets a share of the gold. This share of gold is made up of the total amount of gold the fighters earned for one hour of cemetery work and the number of survivors of the winning clan.
The losing clan does not get anything.
Every fighter gets EP depending on the battles fought. |

| Clan rituals |
| The rituals of the clan have an impact on all clan members and can for example strengthen their skills. Clan members can send for an evocator to carry out the desired ritual. The price for the evocation is paid from the clan account. An evocation takes 10 minutes. At the end of the evocation, the ritual`s conditions all need to be completed. Clan members can only call for an evocator every two hours. |

| The Merchant |
At the merchants` you can buy a lot of useful goods.
Weapons and equipment often improve your force and your other skills.
The higher your level is, the larger your choice of items is. In your inventory under "Overview" you can only activate one weapon (or a helmet, a shield, etc.) at a time, but you can wear several types of weapons - also of the same type - on you. If you activate a new weapon, the weapon that is currently activated will be deactivated.
The number of items you can carry with you depends on the level of your hideout.
The metamorphoses stone is the only way you can change your race retrospectively. You will automatically change to a either a werewolf or a vampire and be thrown out your clan. If you are the founder of a clan, it will be disbanded. |

The grotto is a frolicking place for daemons. Here, you can hunt daemons to your heart`s desire. Hunting daemons is often a part of an assigned quest. The daemons you meet here can be very dangerous and can have higher levels than yourself. In return, you gain more goods and experience on a daemon hunt than on a manhunt. | The Hunt |
In BiteFight, hunting is one of the most important ways to bag gold, experience and fame.
You are given several choices on how and what you want to hunt. |
| Close |
|
| Race hunt |
On the race hunt you have to try to ambush and defeat enemies from the other race. You can detect enemies at random if you select "normal" or "stronger and equally strong".
You can also type the name of the enemy you want to fight with into the search field. You can find the names of potential enemies in the "Highscore". Here, you can see the levels of your enemies.
Each race hunt costs you 1 gold coin.
To protect new players from attacks by very strong players you can only hunt in a defined level area. This area will either be 9 levels above and under your own level or +/- 15% of your own level (depending on which area is bigger - at higher levels it will be the % area) |

The more time you take for the hunt, the more gold and goods you can bag. Shorter, frequent hunts can be more rewarding, but if you hunt only hunt for 10 minutes you may hit a lantern. If this is the case you will earn neither booty nor gold. |
